Thom Brennaman suspended indefinitely for using anti-gay slur on the air.

Cincinnati Reds announcer Thom Brennaman has been suspended indefinitely after using a anti gay slur to reference the Kansas City Royals (the team Cincinnati was currently playing) during a live broadcast on Fox Sports Cincinnati. Brennaman apologized for using the slur but he apologized while also calling a home run which made viewers even more upset. He is as of now possibly out of a job. Thom Brennaman is the son of former Cincinnati Reds announcer Marty Brennaman who retired after the 2019 MLB season. Thom Brennaman has been announcing games for the Reds since 2006 but will this be the last time Reds fans hear him call a game? Let me know what you think in the comments below, should Thom Brennaman stay or should Thom Brennaman be fired?
